This Privacy Policy explains how FWP Racing Solutions ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects personal data when you use the EDC Suite PRO WEB application and related services (the "Service"). We are the data controller for the personal data described here.
We process personal data to: provide and maintain the Service; authenticate you and secure your account; process subscriptions, credits and payments; store and process your projects; provide support; send service-related and, where you have consented, marketing communications; detect and prevent fraud and abuse; and comply with legal obligations.
Where data protection law such as the GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of our contract with you (to provide the Service); your consent (for example, newsletters); our legitimate interests (to secure and improve the Service and prevent abuse); and compliance with legal obligations.
We use strictly necessary cookies and session identifiers to keep you logged in and to operate core features. We may use limited analytics to understand and improve usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling necessary cookies may prevent the Service from working.
We do not sell your personal data. The Service is not directed to children and is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
